At Auriyaana, we take great care to ensure your luxury pieces are delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

We currently deliver across Nepal.
International shipping is available upon special request—please contact us directly.
📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 5–10 business days depending on design and handwork.

Orders are not processed on public holidays.
🚚 Shipping Time

Standard delivery within Kathmandu: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to rest of Nepal: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.

Kathmandu Valley: NPR 0

Outside Valley: NPR 200

Free delivery on orders above NPR 5,000.
🎁 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/Instagram DM (based on your purchase channel).
🚫 Failed Delivery
If your package cannot be delivered due to:

incorrect address,

unanswered phone calls, or
-
refusal to accept,
the order will be marked as failed delivery and reshipping charges may apply.
🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos/video of the parcel and product.

We will inspect and replace the item or offer a resolution accordingly.
📍 Pick-Up Option (If You Offer It)
Customers may also pick up their order from our studio/showroom by scheduling an appointment.
